Covering Your Personal Life
Paid Time Off & Company Holidays. Codecov has an unlimited paid time off vacation policy, pending approval by your manager (note: just ask!). As a key goal every quarter, we try to average 5 business days off per employee, if we are under, we push for more.
Team Gatherings. Every year we host an annual optional team gathering for our remote team to meet in a central location [Update: COVID-19 dependant].
Home office. We offer up to $2,000 of initial spend on office supplies to create your own home office space
If you desire an office outside of the home, Codecov will also reimburse coworking desk costs commensurate with local geography rates.
Work computer. We will provide you with a new or refurbished computer commensurate with the needs of your position.
Company 401K Plan. When you start at Codecov you’ll get immediate access to our company 401K program. Contribution matching (~3%) beginning in January 2021.
